Andrew easily saw what i wanted in a home and quickly got on the same page as both me and my son. Worked with Sean McLaughlin and closed on our house 1/3. She was PHENOMENAL. During our first call I provided some parameters about what we were looking for and what our family needed. I had a clear idea of neighborhood and budget. With Sean’s guidance we ended up in a better neighborhood than we’d initially selected and under budget. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the Detroit Metro real estate landscape and brings a background as not just a realtor but former loan officer as well. She was transparent and responsive at all times. Sean got us through offer negotiation, inspection, and to close ON TIME over three major holidays in 30 days. She’s got great relationships in the industry and I’ve already recommended her to several other people. We ended up in a fantastic neighborhood in a wonderful house and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience.

I worked with this company, specifically Sean, who initially connected me with a loan officer from Client Direct Mortgage. Unfortunately, this loan officer, Francisco Manuel Olivero, acted unethically, resulting in a misappropriation of funds during our transaction. Following this incident, Sean respectfully ended our business relationship, a decision I chose to respect. While I appreciated the initial support, I feel it’s important to advise caution with referrals. Not everyone a realtor recommends may operate with the same professionalism and integrity. Sean is professional, but unfortunately, the people she has chosen to refer, in my experience, have not been. If you’re referred to Client Direct Mortgage or specifically to Francisco Manuel Olivero, I recommend proceeding with caution or seeking an alternative. Should issues arise, you may find that Client Direct Mortgage's leadership, including the CEO, may not be responsive to resolve concerns. We worked with Cyrus Wheeler who not only worked INCREDIBLY hard to get us into the perfect house at the right price, but who was also very patient, not to mention knowledgeable about literally everything -- he was great in a negotiation, and an encyclopedia on anything and everything. Whether it be an understanding of the city of Detroit, it's neighborhoods and history, or an understanding of property concerns ("how bad is this basement Cyrus?"), financial/mortgage navigation ("how does delayed financing work?"), market conditions, or random laws and regulations, I don't think we ever had a question where he couldn't provide some guidance (which is saying something because we had a lot of questions). So happy I was recommended to Match Realty when purchasing my first home. Cyrus went above and beyond and as soon we had our first meeting I knew we were a perfect match.
